Crystal Bay's team of professionals ensures the building
experience will be a pleasant one. Whether it be custom designing
a home for your specific needs and wants, or just modifying one of
our standard homes with a variety of upgrade features, you will soon
become another satisfied Crystal Bay customer.
There are many different styles and locations to choose
from. All of our sites are priced with house and land together. Please
view our designs and home sites. We provide directions to each site,
allowing you to visit the site before choosing which home you wish
to build. You may also view floor plans and standard features for
all our homes. These homes can be customized with a variety of upgrade
features. (Please note: Any custom designs will require an appointment
with our sales staff for individual pricing.)
We can also build on your land, provided it is within
our building area.
Our services include Buttonwood Realty, a full service
realty with Multiple Listing Service, on site to help assist you with
any real estate needs.
